HISTORY

Following rapid growth, the company expanded into two owned premises in Industrial Area 3, Sharjah.
Expansion to Owned Facilities
1994
The company opened a new Hamriyah Free Zone branch with offices, workshops, and stockyards. AREMATES expanded its tower crane fleet, introduced Yongmao cranes to the Gulf market, and secured a long-term agency agreement with Terex-Comedil.
Major Regional Expansion
2005
AREMATES continued its partnership with Terex as an authorized dealer while expanding its rental fleet through Singapore-based operations.

AREMATES was officially restructured and renamed as Al Rana Equipment & Machinery Trading LLC Sole Proprietorship.

Entry into Hoist Distribution
AREMATES secured an agency agreement for GJJ Zenit hoists and introduced one of the first Chinese hoist brands to the GCC market.
2007
Product Portfolio Growth
In response to increasing market demand, the company expanded into concrete placing booms, platforms, and gondola systems across the GCC region.
2011– 2017
International Joint Venture
The company entered a tower crane rental joint venture under Unicrane Pte Ltd in Singapore, strengthening its international presence.

Corporate Relocation
The company relocated its operations to its owned corporate office at Business Tower, Al Buhairah, Sharjah.
